(A) The City Clerk shall from time to time, but not more often than once each year, prepare and publish or have prepared and published a cumulative supplement containing all amendments, repeals and any new general ordinances affecting this code which have been enacted to the date of publication of the supplement.
(B) Distribution of the supplements shall be the same as provided in § 1-1-1-9 for the distribution of this code.
(C) The price at which the supplements shall be sold shall be determined by the City Controller.
